Dave Worthington is a Realtor that specializes in negotiation and has excellent problem solving skills. He’s a perfect fit as the Transaction Coordinator on the Bedorf Prince Team. Having successfully helped over 1,000 clients get to the settlement table, Dave has proven that he is well equipped to handle any obstacle that may present itself.

From there he will help you negotiate the reply to inspection and get any quotes you may need. After inspections are done, it’s time to start thinking about settlement and making sure arrangements are made based on if you want to attend or not.

Paula Verdini is a native of Harrisburg, PA. She graduated from Bishop McDevitt High School and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Gettysburg College. Her love of sports had her on the sidelines of every team at Gettysburg as an athletic trainer throughout her entire college career.

Stefanie grew up in Pensacola, FL and graduated from the University of West Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. In 2010, she married her husband, John, moved to San Diego, and got a dog named Gordo. Soon after, they moved to Williamsburg, VA, where Stefanie decided to put her previous sales and marketing experience to work by starting to help military families, luxury clients, and first time home buyers buy and sell their homes.
